How do I make a return or exchange?

We want you to be happy with every purchase on brierandmoss.com, so if there is something wrong with your order you can easily exchange it if the item is in like-new and unworn condition. Please contact us at customerservice@brierandmoss.com to initiate a return, and mail to the following return address:

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping to the lower 48 States is a flat rate of $5.80 

We can also ship to any of the additional U.S. Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii for a slightly higher rate. Shipping rates to these places vary, so enter your address to find out the rate if you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or a Territory. International shipping is currently unavailable. 

Your tie is guaranteed to ship within 3-4 business days and will come via United States Postal Service or FedEx.

 

Do you make custom orders?

Yes! We are currently working on our custom order page and it will be available soon.

We can make a 100% silk, woven or printed bow tie for your wedding, event, or fraternity-in quantities starting at 5 bow ties. For more information on pricing, samples and custom designs, email us at customerservice@brierandmoss.com

 

Do you charge taxes on your products?

If you are a Georgia resident we must charge a 4% sales tax and a small percentage based on the county your order is shipped to. If you are in one of the other 49 states, you will not pay sales tax on your order. Taxes are calculated on the shipping address you provide at the checkout screen.
